Top Gun is a 38ft Sportfisher based at Whangaroa Harbour. Big Game Fishing day charter, overnight fishing and bottom fishing available. Skipper and crew. Top Gun is also available for boarding at the Bay of Islands and other locations on request.

The Captain Captain Warren McIntyre - A protégé of the legendary charter captain, Snooks Fuller. Warren has 40 years sea experience both in commercial and recreational fishing and more recently as a charter captain. Fishing has always been a passion since childhood, from wharf fishing to commercial fishing and now to charter game fishing

The Crew Carmen McIntyre. Captain Warren's daughter, Carmen, is following in her father's footsteps with her own personal achievements.

MV Waimana means 'Pride of the sea' Wai (water) Mana (power/pride) and with her extensive catch history of Big Game Fish and her classic style Waimana she certainly lives up to her name Waimana is fully equipped with all necessary safety gear and navigational equipment, all in excellent working order.Launched in 1970, Waimana is 45ft in length and weights 17 tons, powered by two 130 hp nissan motors.

Is new to the Whangaroa charter fleet for this 2005 / 2006 season. SANTANA is a 42ft Pelin Columbia purpose built gameboat powered by a 3208 cat, designed out of triple skin kauri with a good size beam making SANTANA a sea kindly vessel. She has a very spacious cockpit, comfortable game chair and three game poles. The flying bridge has ample room to maintain a watch or stretch out in. The saloon is roomy, with long comfy berths, full kitchen facilities and sizeable fridge and freezer. Downstairs there is the combination shower/toilet (normal size loo) with a sewerage treatment plant. Opposite there is the skipper/bunk room and the bow has four large single berths
