Vacuum Packing, smoking and canning of all fish
St Paul's Cannery
started up in Whangaroa in 2000. We are
the only licensed Company smoking and canning game fish in New Zealand.
Fish is collected in a chiller truck. We travel to Paihia and as far North
as Houhora. All the fish we collect is processed within a 24 hour period.
You can have your fish either smoked, canned or just filleted. If you
required it canned we have personalized labels for that special catch.
Can size is 450grms.
At S/P we take a lot of pride with your catch. Smoked fish is done in
small pieces by professionals, wrapped then individually placed in labelled
vacuum bags with recipes,ready to eat or freeze.
Your catch can be sent anywhere around NZ or over seas. Sometimes arriving

Canning your fish with a standard
label is $ 5.95 per can.
With personalized label is $6.50
per can. For express 24hr service
is $ 6.95 per can.
